WeY Next – Summer BBQ – 27 June 2023

On this lovely summer evening we reconnected with our members, enjoyed the food and conversations.

In the meantime, Jos guided us through the parallels between his experience as working as a chef and working as a consultant/project manager.

In both cases, rubbish in means rubbish out. To stick to the plan and process is of utter importance for the output. Which is tasteable in the case of food, but absolutely noticeable in other output as well. Teamwork, trust and communication is key!

At last we had an inspiring moment when Wouter (Gelato di Wouter) told us about the business he has set up a very young age, making his dream come true!
